I’m a proud wife and mama who’s passionate about creating a healthy, low-tox, simple life for my family. I created this blog to share my favorite clean food recipes, natural living and cleaning tutorials, beauty recipes and health hacks with natural ingredients, natural remedies, and so much more. I hope to spread positivity, good vibes and inspire you to create space in your life for what matters most to you.

I’ve been blogging off and on for about 6 years now, but I recently compiled all of my expertise to create Cream & Sugar, a lifestyle blog for new moms and ambitious women who want to thrive at home.
